Credit Cards/Gift Cards - To sign up with First Data Merchant Services for credit card processing complete the First Data Application and return to Kahala with your store opening documents. The information on the application will be used by Kahala to generate an American Express Merchant ID. Kahala will give the application and American Express Merchant ID to First Data.
To sign up with First Data (ValueLink) for gift card processing, complete the Gift Card Enrollment packet and return to Kahala with your store opening documents. The Gift Card enrollment packet includes the gift card participation agreement and an EFT Authorization form; a voided check will need to be attached to the EFT form.
To submit payment for POS equipment complete the POS Equipment Payment Form and then fax to 480-362-4796.
