At Kahala Brands, we have built our own, internal helpdesk with the franchisee in mind. This helpdesk is again, under the Kahala Brands umbrella to make sure that the franchisee community gets the best possible support available. We offer 363 day per year / 15 hours per day support. We pride ourselves on our ability to go above and beyond the normal helpdesk duties.
